Historic motorsport has a very special magic. In the current issue of PITWALK magazine, we therefore look ahead to the absolute highlight of the histo scene in Germany this year: the comeback of the legendary Group C at the Hockenheim Ring at the end of August.
Because the sport with old and youngtimers has experienced a real boom in recent years, more and more professional racers are also turning to the histo scene in this way. One such driver is former Le Mans winner Marco Werner. This coming weekend at the Circuit Bugatti, he will be piloting one of those Gebhardt Group C cars that will also be on the grid at the Hockenheim spectacle on the last weekend in August.
Marco Werner takes you into the unique world of historic motorsport in an in-depth interview with PITWALK editor-in-chief Norbert Ockenga.
